GALAXY OIL started its petroleum products trading activities back in 2003. The main activity at the time, was import and trade of LPG through a local Iraqi company Pateel International. The same owners later established a company and offices in various locations in Basra, Baghdad, Amman, and finally Galaxy Oil which was incorporated in 2012 in the United Arab Emirates. The core business of the company is physical petroleum products cargo & trading in the Arab Gulf, Oman Gulf and Middle East regions. In addition to some regions in Asia and the Far East. Later we established a separate devision for equipment supply and service for the upstream oil sector. The company grew through the years to become a leading independent company in the region and an important player in the oil trading and bunkering business of IRAQ and the Arab Gulf.
Our group expanded widely through internal growth as a mature oil trader by developing its trading and logistic wings to cater to the market needs.
